Elisa! My Birth Day

I pushed my way into the world at 4:50 pm on September 6, 2001.
Dr. Chiu and Nurse Kathy helped me arrive safely.

I was big enough - 7 lbs. 13 ounces and 20 inches long. But, I had a little trouble breathing, so Daddy and the doctor gave me oxygen. Then I had to spend the day in ICU. I was glad that Daddy went there with me.


It was great to finally see Mom and Dad after hearing their voices for so many months. You know what? They kissed me and loved me right away (even though I made a lot of noise!)
